Zephyr Lock stocks all of its products for fast, reliable service and can ship most orders within 72 hours. Please contact us directly for lead time on Electronic RFID lock and custom orders. Orders less than 300 lbs typically ship via UPS Ground, and orders over 300 lbs ship via truck freight. Expedited shipping can be requested at additional cost.

All of Zephyr Lock’s product are registered in our database to ensure that the history of each lock is maintained. Control charts for all Zephyr Lock products are available in electronic format upon request by the original end-user or original purchaser.

Zephyr Lock warrants that all of its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper usage. We will replace or repair at our option, products or parts thereof determined by Zephyr Lock to be defective, provided however that the product has not been subjected to improper operation, maintenance or storage, accident, alteration, abuse or failure to follow normal operating procedures. Yes, please inform your distributor of your current key number, original sales order number, or a serial number from one of your locks when placing an order and we will match your current control key.
