Q: How can I order products?

A: To order products, you must be a registered Distributor logged into the Zephyr Lock Distributor Portal. To order keys, click here to be re-directed to a major online distributor.

Q: What is Zephyr Lock's Shipping Policy?

A: Zephyr Lock stocks all of its products for fast, reliable service and can ship virtually any order within 72 hours. Standard shipping methods are by UPS Ground or truck freight depending on weight. Expedited shipping can be made at an additional cost. Contact our dedicated customer service department for details. Please call for lead times on orders of our Electronic RFID locks.

Q: If I lost my control chart, can I obtain another one?

A: All of Zephyr Lock's products are registered in our data base to ensure the history of each lock is maintained. Control Charts for all Zephyr Lock products are available as the original hard copy, via email or on a disc in the format of your choice.

Q: What is Zephyr Locks Warranty Policy?

A: Zephyr Lock warrants that all of its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper usage. We will replace or repair at our option, products or parts thereof determined by Zephyr Lock to be defective, provided however that the product has not been subjected to improper operation, maintenance or storage, accident, alteration, abuse or failure to follow normal operating procedures. Q: How do I advance my Built-In Combination Locks to the next combination?

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for any of Zephyr's keys or locks?

A: No, any quantity can be ordered at any time.

Q: I am a locksmith and a school has approached me about duplicating keys and I do not have the correct key blank.  Can I obtain the key blanks from Zephyr Lock?

A: No, Zephyr Lock will only supply the cut keys to the registered End User or a Zephyr Lock Distributor.

Q: Can I order more locks that will match the same control key that I currently have?

A: Yes, please inform your distributor of your current key number when placing an order and we will match your current control key.
